BIOGRAPHYthe story goes like this: troubled kid gets adopted by the kindest man who ever lived. one who can get the cops to look the other way on the reservation, one who can try to teach him to stick to the straight and narrow. the troubled kid likes alcohol a bit too much, however, and can't even remember his father getting killed by an aggravated cop.so the scene shifts to seattle, living out of a mall by hacking cameras and leaving no trace. picking the right pocket leads to the interest of oliver queen, the green arrow. he's under his wing now, designing trick arrows that his mentor had never bothered to even consider.a couple years pass, and it turns out being a sidekick kicks your ass. aches and pains creep in, pain medications get prescribed. they get abused just the same, combined with the kick for alcohol that never truly left him. it spirals, and oliver queen says he's done. back on the streets, until dinah lance gave him a place to try to recover.the titans help, being in a group. having friends, finding himself in a pseudo leadership position at times. eventually, it's even the justice league. but change has to come in time, and striking out on his own seemed a good idea at the time.

SPEEDY.
the teen titans, the titans. just a young kid struggling with the unfortunate side effects of being a vigilante. his age range is 15 to 20. RED ARROW.
primarily his time in the justice league. his age range here is 21 to 24 ish. lian is still with him, his pride and joy. ARSENAL.
most threads sit here. his age range is 25 to 30 ish, lian is dead. he's coping, but he's not at the same time. he can talk about her, but not without wanting to drink again. he's shaky, but he's recovering.

SHIELD AGENT.
MAIN. follows his original lore to a t. mentored by green arrow in california, eventually fell into his addiction harder and rehab led him to taking a different course: becoming a shield agent. still helping, but with more support and more structure. he works at the new york hq. AVENGER.
AU. like the above, only he was eventually recruited into the avengers after a few years working in shield. very prone to going back to being a shield agent, primarily gets pulled in for big missions before telling them to fuck off cause the pain gets bad when the world ending shit starts

COUNSELOR.
MAIN. backstory remains mostly the same. raised on a reservation, the alcoholism, the death of his adoptive father. he spends time in juvy and on the streets, struggles for a long time. joins a band, makes some money doing that. eventually gets tossed in rehab and then becomes an addiction counselor to help others like him. he does have lian still! ROCKER.
AU. same as above, backstory remains. only this time his band actually kicked off big. he rejoins the band after rehab and they do world tours. he's the drummer.

RETIREMENT.
MAIN. just like robert, he's just a normal dude playing hero and it's too rough to just keep going. unlike robert, however, the death of his daughter pushed him to murdering the culprits and had some consider him a villain for a time. PHOENIX.
AU. have you considered how hot him going full villain would be, though? having him as part of the phoenix program? hot.
welcome to graves having a lot of feelings about roy's tattoos and hating how dc ignores them 90% of the time!!the left image is the tattoos he had in n52. the lore there was that he was too drunk and high to even remember getting them, which is lore that i like to keep, HOWEVER -- the designs don't slap as much as i want them to and soooo.the right image is tattoos from his appearance in the red hood webtoon series. have i read that? nope! do i love the tattoos so insanely fucking much? YES. these are the ones, they're canon and real to me and always have been.
